Submission/contest deadlines when you're not quite ready--argh. Sometimes I have the luxury of not having to work a lot or at all and sometimes I have to get a "real job" 'cause, well, I like eating. That is the current case. Working retail-- lots of ideas/lines/etc. -- but it takes up time(!!!!).

Did not get that story done. Missing essentials,like CHARACTERS! I can still send it in though because the press publishes individual works. Of course, once I get CHARACTERS! heh heh

This I Like Redux

Woke up yesterday to an acceptance. An anthology from Pure Slush, out of Australia. Way cool. Also I've got two works coming up in a flash fiction anthology from Ink Monkey Press. There was an anthology I wanted to submit to but the deadline has passed, but the editor said if I can get my story in today, they'll give it a look. So I've got a story to write. Adios.
